RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
If your product is faulty or damaged in transit Manikinn will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photographs of the faulty product. Refunds will be solely at the discretion of Manikinn.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on aquapurse as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of colour will be completely accurate.
You will have your refund credited to the original payment & purchase method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Typical refund scenarios that will not be accepted include:
- Change of Mind.
- If you have entered the wrong shipping address, unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement, nor redirect your item/s.
- Your request for a refund due to the Manikinn not being made of the material that you expected.
- New bottle smell upon receiving your item/s.
- If you have selected the wrong colour or design.
- Damaged experienced to your item/s incurred by the user.
All SALE items CANNOT be returned, (including full priced items purchased using a discount code). Only a store credit will be offered.
If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, we will deposit store credit into your Manikinn account. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. Manikinn is unable to offer partial refunds/store credits.
