1. How long does delivery take?
Australia- 8-16 work days (*slight delay because of Covid)
USA- 20-25 work days (*slight delay because of Covid)
Rest of World- 20-25 work days (*slight delay because of Covid)
2. I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?
In order to deliver your items as quickly as possible, we will sometimes ship a single order in several packages. This ensures that we are able to send you your items as soon as they are available. It is normal to receive multi-item orders in separate deliveries, but most times we will endure to send them all together.
3. When does the package ship?
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays).
4. Can I make changes to my order?
No. Unfortunately, we start to process your order as soon as we receive it, and therefore cannot cancel or change your order. If you change your mind after placing your order, you may return any items that comply with our Return Policy and are in saleable condition for a refund to the original form of payment within 14 days.
Please double check all personal and postage details (phone number, correct email, door number, etc ...) when completing your order. We do not take responsibility for stolen or missing packages.
5. What happens if my personal details are wrong after I place an order?
If you notice your personal details are incorrect once you have placed your order, please contact our customer service team by visiting our Contact Us page.
6. How do I track my order?
The tracking number will be sent to your email when your order has been shipped. Please note that some countries do not return tracking information but rest assured your order is on its way.

7. Will there be any customs or duty fees?
Our shipping will cover shipping to most countries however in certain countries, you may be responsible for customs fees and tariffs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
8. How do I pay?
Easy. You can pay with Visa, Amex, ApplePay, MasterCard or PayPal.
*By the way, delivery times are estimates and depend on the postal service. We’re not currently shipping to UAE, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Sudan and Syria. Our prices are in AUD.
